I went for a simply underarm wax, the treatment itself was standard, at best, however the lady was friendly and polite. When I went to pay, another lady at the till spike to me as if I had paid for nothing and told me never to come back with a groupon voucher, she was rude and extremely demeaning. She was not friendly at all and had no customer service manners whatsoever. What she should have considered, is that competition is everywhere and excellent customer service will bring people back. I do not recommend this place if you want to use a groupon voucher and be treated with dignity and respect.

It was my first time in this saloon and I bought a groupon for the hollywood wax and I paid saperately for shellac manicure/pedicure because it had very positive reviews. However, the beautician, Leila, constantly ashemed me during the wax session with disrespectful comments. On top of it, today I had to book another wax in another shop because the wax was not done properly. She did not use sterilized tools for mani/pedi and also engaged in a private phone call during the session. Very unprofessional, I would not reccomend.
