London has very few restaurants that offer food from a Japanese charcoal grill, but Tosa, based in East Finchley and Hammersmith, offers that in addition to a fantastic range of traditional Japanese food and a selection of sashimi and sushi. Tosa specialises in authentic Japanese food served in the traditional way, offering guests the chance to be adventurous and to try a variety of dishes. The dishes are flavoured and prepared in an authentic Japanese way, which will allow guests to savour the tastes of Japan. The menu is divided into sections and at once you will see the difference to a traditional western restaurant. The small dishes include various appetisers, such as salads, Miso soups and much more. Diners can choose from noodles, fried dishes (including tempura), and grilled skewers with vegetable, meat, and fish selections, among other dishes. There are also sashimi and sushi dishes. In addition to that, there are the various rice Onigiri dishes to complete an authentic evening of Japanese cuisine. The charcoal grill is used to cook the food in the traditional style, in front of the diners, so they are assured that the food is really fresh and hot. Tosa brings you a variety of traditional Japanese dishes in a pleasant environment, and at very reasonable prices.
