A lush retreat from the bustling city beyond its leafy borders, the par 70 course at Trent Park Golf Club provides a challenge for club wielding sports fans of all abilities. Its 18 holes are guarded by sand traps, water hazards, and copious amounts of greenery, all conspiring to grab at stray orbs. Just a short chip from Oakwood tube station, the club also sports a 34 bay floodlit driving range where journeys to golfing greatness can start with a long drive. A welcome retreat from the challenges out on the course can be found in the club house, where a variety of food is served, while clubs and clobber can be picked up at the on-site Nevada Bob’s Golf Superstore.
