Vats Wine Bar & Restaurant has been a part of Central London’s dining scene since 1973. The owners source seasonal produce, including wild venison and game birds such as pheasant and partridge, from East Sussex’s Ashdown Forest and Firle Estate for their ever-revolving menu. Modern European dishes appear alongside traditional British classics, providing a wealth of choice for guests. They also stock over 100 globally-sourced wines, with a particular focus on French and Northern European offerings.
