Absolute chaos on booking in. Got there 30 mins before session & was still late going in due to disorganised booking system & too many parties going on at once. Nowhere for adults to sit when we got through. No supervision to watch safety video we had a group of loud boys in there & so couldn’t even hear the video & the same boys were flouting all of the rules creating an unsafe environment. No supervision within bouncing areas. Staff fully focused on providing party drinks & food & couldn’t care less about anything else that might be gong on. Also the building was absolutely freezing & half an hour queue for a hot drink (as only 1 staff member making drinks). All in all a very poor experience! We had to buy their socks (even though we had bounce socks with us)which then looked fit for the bin after only one session!

Awful birthday party experience! We attended our daughter’s birthday party here a couple of days ago and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. When we arrived, there was nowhere to park for either us or any of our guests. Upon entering the venue we were lead to a tiny table and told that this is what we had been allocated for the entire hour. When i mentioned that for other parties we had attended there you usually have access to a party room for the entire duration of the party, we were told that head office had double booked and that another party was using the room. When i questioned the manager around this, he became agitated and actually used foul and abusive language. Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer who had paid over £200 The venue itself was freezing cold, which commented on by the children and parents attending the party. When the food arrived in the party room it was cold and barely edible. The bluetooth connection also did not work, so we were unable to play music in the party room as we were informed that we would be able to All in all, this was an awful experience and I highly recommend avoiding the place at all costs. Much better value for money elsewhere
