I wish there was a zero star for them. I got a groupan coupan for 3 sessions And after session number one, I am now going to a physio to get the after effects of this stupid massage undone!!!! My arm and neck have started to hurt badly, so much that I could not sleep at night and have to take pain killers I swear , i will never ever go back to them again, never ever. And when contacted with Mike regarding to the pain, this is his brilliant suggestions ------------------------- In relation to the two remaining sessions already paid for, as per our booking terms these are non-refundable. However, you do have the following options available: The sessions can be transferred to another therapist within the clinic, or They can be held on your account as a credit, should you wish to use them at a later date. ------------------------- When I am saying I will not get back to you, he is suggestion is get back to us, this way or another !!!!!! Very unprofessional. And I also agree with the previous reviews of them never picking up the phone and getting an appointment is a pain.

Ian was really good . He was so helpful explaining my should issue that I’ve been having and gave some really good advice. The only thing I would say that I would loved a bit more relaxing music and maybe dim down the lights.

Felt very loose and relaxed after the sports massage. Really recommend. Ian made me feel comfortable. Great value for money. Will definitely go again.
