I purchased a Groupon voucher for a service and have had an extremely disappointing experience. I first attempted to book an appointment back in December 2024, but due to being away, it was scheduled for April 30th, 2025. I showed up on time for the appointment — only to find no one there to assist me.
The appointment was rescheduled, and when I arrived (just five minutes late), I was treated very poorly and unfairly. Despite having already provided the voucher, I was accused of not doing so. In fact, it seemed like the voucher had already been redeemed — by the business itself — without delivering the promised service.
I also felt that I was treated with bias and possibly racial discrimination. The overall behavior was unprofessional and dismissive. I would strongly caution anyone considering this deal to think twice before purchasing. A complete waste of time and money.
