I booked an appointment and Katie cancelled it just before the date for personal reasons. I booked again and I had to cancel it for work commitments. No offer of a refund for my money paid. I ended up getting nothing for £20! It says redeemed but that was only for booking the first date not actually receiving anything for my money. No follow up from her either.
