I was seen and dealt with very quicky as I only wanted a wax. it was around 6pm and a lady was complaining as she had been waiting since 4.30 to be seen, they may have just been understaffed that day to be fair.
Over all a great wax that was fast and efficient, I only had to wait a few minutes.
