CrossFit Hexis in a new gym in Mansfield next to the train and bus station, where CrossFit qualified fitness professionals lead small group sessions centred around functional training. CrossFit combines elements of high-intensity interval training, Olympic weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, and other exercises to deliver an exhilirating workout. A one hour class typically includes a warm-up, strength section, skill section and high-intensity workout. Members have access to a large mobility area for post-workout stretches and cool down.
