I would give zero if I could. This feels like a scam to me. Grace is extremely rude, and the customer service is disgraceful, actually non-existent. I was a little late as I had to bring my 4-year-old with me as the choice of time/dates is very limited and wasn't suitable but felt I had no choice, we struggled to find the property ( a tiny garage attached to a house which I was not made aware of upon booking) I understood the treatment could not go ahead so I tried to rebook to then be told I could not so I asked for a refund, as I did also once purchasing as I knew it wasn't really suitable for us but Grace refused then too (3 weeks ago) so I have lost my money and treatment. The shocking company and the way they treat customers, I came away feeling very upset and belittled by Grace. DO NOT BOOK.
