Really excellent service - both Sheetal and Rupal were very welcoming, experienced and knowledgeable and I received a lovely full head colour, cut and blow dry - would highly recommend

Amazing services .. Value for money ...This gel Manicure and pedicure has been the best of my lifetime...Nail technician Krupali did the best work...I consider Kristal beautythe best nail and beauty parlour in harrow..Keep up the good work Kristal beauty .

Purchased a Gel pedicure with removal. Previous gel nail polish removal was done well but the pedicure was not as good as my usual salon. There was no massage chair and the scrub was not as thorough as I'm used to. All in all, beauty therapist did a good job. Ok for the money.

The place was really nice, clean and warm, the beautician knows what’s she is doing, but was putting too much products on my eyes and they were very sensitive once I got home so I would probably not go again

The therapy room was cold,she didn't cover me while working on different areas. I had to cover myself with my top for modesty. Maybe if they had a towel for clients to cover for modesty and the parts of body not worked on should be covered for cold and modesty. Thank you hopefully next time would better 😊
