Treated my sister to a spa experience at sprowston manor where we were well received. Everything about the day was excellent. We were able to swim, use the steam room, sauna, jacuzzi and received a very professional back massage. Not to mention a delicious lunch at the Club house with a complimentary glass of bubbles!

We had a lovely relaxing spa day, the facilities were great and the facial was amazing. Would definitely recommend this, we will be going again.

Lovely surroundings and friendly staff. Great facilities. Treatments were excellent and therapists were friendly and professional. We booked an afternoon tea as extra for a treat too which was very nice. Would recommend this experience - even without the afternoon tea. Thanks Sprowston Manor!
