The Spa is lovely. We had an excellent day-the staff were excellent and very friendly. The problem was the lunch. One poor guy in his own trying to cook -serve and wait on tables on his own! The soup was cold - the panini was ok - edible. We didn’t wait for dessert as we had already been in the restaurant an hour and a half and it was busy. We went to ask at the main desk for more staff to help. The girls looked astonished and didn’t seem to care or understand what we were saying! We left. We will not be returning.

Spa staff brilliant, treatments spot-on, Think it was Laura and Shivani (sorry) facilities pretty good in the pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms, men's lockers not all working but managed to get one, food not so good and dint help when the waited left a fingerprint on the top of my prosecco glass after he'd been picking his teeth (sorry) but we did enjoy the escape.
