Markham Moor's Pheasantry Brewery prides itself on its strong ancestral roots. Husband and wife Mark and Mary Easterbrook purchased the High Breck farm and, having discovered it was the site of a 18th century brewery, decided to roll back the years. The modern microbrewery uses classic methods, growing their own barley on the farm, and serves its refreshing produce at the restaurant and bar. The light and airy eatery serves gastropub cuisine, and a range of Pheasantry ales.
