When making the appointment staff were quite pleasant and helpful. Had to ring twice because I had the wrong code the first time. On the day of the appointment David was welcoming, put me at ease and explained in detail everything that was being done and why it was being done. I am thinking of having this done every year

Extremely helpful and understanding agent. A very good experience. The agent also recommend extra tests which I wasn't aware of. So overall a very pleasant experience.

Booking was easy, and the assistant was helpful. The appointment was quicker than I expected, and the nurse was friendly and explained everything about the procedure.

The health assessment was very professional, but I cannot access the results. Although I have tried to contact the company, I have not received any useful information. All the numbers they suggest I try are not in service. The customer service email gives me the same numbers to contact. As the whole point is to get results, I would not recommend using this company.
