About Tandoor-i Masterclass at Curry Leaf Cottage

Moh Hoque is a self-taught chef and owner of two Indian restaurants in West Lancashire, who has a passion for teaching the art of cooking; Nick Jones has spent several years developing Tandoor-i: a fully integrated tandoor oven for the home kitchen. They teamed up to establish Tandoor-i Masterclass, which aims to teach its students how to prepare tandoori dishes at home. Tandoor-i use the world’s first integrated tandoor oven, also being one of the first schools in Northwest or even UK to use it.
