About Devon Distillery

Based within The Cider Press Centre complex, Devon Rum School & Devon Gin School are located on the edge of the rural Dartington Hall Estate. Experienced distillers lead workshops where all Rum and Gin lovers can learn about the process of creating the spirits and make either their own 70cl bottle of Rum or 35cl bottle of Gin, with their very own designed label. Outside of classes, patrons can find an on-site shop selling different tipples, including flavored liqueurs. Fans of mixed cocktails can find a collection of both Rum and Gin-inspired recipes on the school's website.

We were welcomed by Chris and given a G and T and then guided step by step through the process, choosing our own ingredients. It was a very enjoyable experience and we were extremely happy to have made a unique bottle of gin each. Would thoroughly recommend.
