Catered to a variety of dietary needs. Seated in conservatory area With a beautiful backdrop and hosted by/behind reception. Pg tips and coffee on table although juice provided for person not able to drink caffeine in request.

Fantastic experience. The lovely lady at reception could not do enough for us. Service was fantastic and lovely food. Very impressed and highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our afternoon tea. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were all delicious and the Orangery setting was pleasant indeed

Everything ok except 2 vouchers I had for the same experience were redeemed at the same time whereas only I was supposed to be on 22/6/25! I had planned and expected to be having a return visit before my second voucher expires on 31/7/25!

Hotel was tired, needed a good clean and a lick of paint Sandwiches were pretty poor, looked more like they should be in a kids pack lunch Vegan scones were delicious, cakes were good

If there were zero stars, that’s where this would be. Afternoon Tea, well on a shoe string budget. Sandwiches were dry, tiny, and not as advertised. Scones were stale, jam was just thrown on a plate, no clotted cream provided. The sweets were just cut in half to make it look like more, 2 tiny bits of cake no bigger than a mouthful. Spoken to the venue about it and the colleague agreed it was poor and apologised and advised we sent an email so she could escalate it up to management. 4 weeks later we still haven’t had a response regarding it. We were present with 2 other tables who also were having the same afternoon tea. One couple walked out after 10 minutes, we left after half an hour, and the last table were moaning about the exact same issues as we left. Please do not waste your money, management are happy taking money but not providing any quality service or customer care. Shame really, we got married there and it was a phenomenal venue. What a sharp fall from grace, now looking unkept, unloved, and in a right state.
