Appalling CS in Loughton. Didn't know about offer,called head office, the manager told me I couldn't use three vouchers, changed view, then told me I had to pick one item at a time, and had to pay £1extra on the first V of 4, because it was already half an hour in to this shocking handling of the offer I agreed, voucher for two people I was being asked to pay £4.50, I could go on SHOCKING

I went toWendell and the lady said she is not able to use Groupon,she called the manager who directed her,only for her to tell me my Groupon has been redeemed.I told her I have never been to Wendell in my life before,I showed her that it has not been redeemed from Groupon,but she still charged me and told me to sort it out with Groupon.Unfortunately nothing has been done till now.
