The sign up was quick & easy superb price but as they say the proof is in the pudding. Haven't had to use it so hopefully I'm presuming the same will apply.

I would leave 0 stars.
Had to call them out for tyre change,took over 4 hours to arrive.When they did they just came with a relay truck and took me to the nearest services and left us there.
Diabolical.Oh and the £45 extra for car being over 10 years old.
Complained on their website and they couldn't be bothered to answer me.

I dont want to give any star as Be Smart for breakdown service has hidden condition as if your car is more than 10 year old then they will charge 45 pound for each call out. therefore this is not relevant to any customer who has the car for more than 10 year old. This information should be available while you purchasing the deal but that is missing from the provided detail.
