Totally disorganised and the staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. We bought the groupon deal and I'm glad I didn't pay full price. There was a group of 9 boys, an hour's time was stated on the voucher but only 45 minutes were given. The safety briefing consisted of 2 minutes telling the boys to read the notices. Once on the equipment they went in an area off limits, for the staff to then ask 'what the f#%$ they were doing'. We were obviously not happy that they were swearing at the kids. The parents went up for a drink and we waited for ages to be served, then the guy said he needed help to make one tea and one coffee, he then left leaving me to wait again for another staff member to come, it then took 20 minutes to make a hot chocolate, there was zero change in the till so they had to owe me. Overall a bad experience and we won't be returning. having posted this to their facebook page, the owner said he would respond, but hasn't.

My 2 children were delayed by staff going on and taken off early so had 45mins instead of an hour. They need more staff and information. I won't be going again, a long drive for 45 minutes play.

Great place for older kids, esp the high wires but only basic for six year old girl( but I did expect that). Staff were very pleasant and helpful esp the young man. We went at 4pm and were the only ones in. Didn’t use it but looked a nice cafe area with reasonable prices. Good value with groupon voucher.
