Just wish there was minus zero. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR USE THROUGH GROUPON. They cancelled on me first time. Second time after an hour and a half waiting I had to text and ask if we could rearrange because I had to get ready for work. After several texts friends me to the company I have no response. I emailed groupon for a refund and all they said was, ' sorry 48 hours refund policy'. So a company a take my money and not do the job. This is not over. I want my money back!! Absolutely disgusting.

NOT HAPPY. I'm still waiting for technician to arrive. Appt booked for 24/05/17-they cancelled on the day & rearranged to 28 May. No-one turned up. Phones not being answered & not accepting messages. No response by email. Gone into receivership?

They phoned up after their appointed time to tell us they wouldn't be coming on that day. When they did arrive the cleaning of the cooker wasn't that brilliant and we were charged an extra £20 to clean the top part of the oven Plus the kitchen was left in a real mess. My wife and I had to clean up after them.
