Kirkleatham Owl Centre, Redcar

Kirkleatham Owl Centre fosters a range of animals and endangered species. The collection of birds numbers barn, horned and great owls, vultures and a kookoburra. Further residents include meerkats, rodents, reptiles and insects. Injured and abandoned animals are rescued and rehabilitated by the staff. Several sponsorship options are offered, as well as a range of animal encounters, and charity events as regular fixtures.
