From Our Editors
Based on the edge of the Cotswolds, Simply Alpaca is a farm taking care of a herd of alpacas. From breeding, rearing and shearing, the owner takes care of all the animals' needs. They offer walks and experiences for visitors, as well as handling courses, fibre craft workshops and stud services. Handcrafted textiles are produced and sold at the on-site shop together with fibre craft supplies and yarn. The farm organises educational birthday parties and offers holiday accommodation. Alpaca hire for weddings is also available.
Voucher days do not have many dates to choose from so you need to plan early. As usual with vouchers they don’t work if your busy people. friendly when we did try to book though.
A fabulous morning walking our Alpaca Julia. It was great fun and Victoria and Roger the owners were very welcoming and informative. It was great learning all about Alpacas and Llamas. Highly recommend. It was a great couple of hours.
Lovely experience, absolutely loved the alpacas. The owners of Simply Alpaca were very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot about handling alpacas while we were there. I would definitely recommend it to everyone.

The Alpacas are lovely, friendly animals with so much character. You take the alpacas for a walk (wear sensible shoes) and learn kind and efficient ways to handle them. The guide gave a continuous talk on alpacas and lamas it was a great insight into their world. Would recommend
What a brilliant experience. We have all seen Alpacas out in the field, now get up close and meet them. Victoria is so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, would definitely recommend.
