About Stay Safe Krav Maga

Krav Maga is a military self-defence system originally developed for the Isreal Defense Forces. Stay Safe Krav Maga brings the knowledge of the arts to all interested, regardless of age or experience level. Working from two locations across Hampshire, they aim to be available for a wide number of patrons. Courses cover areas like de-escalation, dealing with multiple attackers and defence strikes.
