Amazing experience. Took my son who has autism for his birthday. Staff were very accommodating to his needs and very engaged with his passion for trains. Would definitely recommend
As usual a lovely train ride. Grandson is mad on steam trains so a perfect day out. Friendly staff who delighted in sharing their passion for trains with our three year old grandson. Dogs were welcome too so added bonus
Lovely day out with the kids exploring a steam 🚂 train. At eridge station 🚉 kids were allowed to see the 🔥 fire chamber of this steam train .
The personnel and place are legendary and exemplary, always helpful and kind .
A lovely experience.
Nice little heritage railway with a run through Kent countryside. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Booking the tickets via Groupon was very easy I also printed the vouchers I got from Groupon which is something I would suggest to do. When we arrived at the station there is no onsite parking you have to park down the road I would suggest at the pantiles it’s not far to walk. I gave the man in the shop my printed vouchers as I had copies on my phone as the scanner wasn’t working on site.
Lovely afternoon trip, staff were very friendly and informative. Well worth a visit
It was such a lovely experience to go on the train with my family. The Groupon vouchers were super easy to use, and we lived the mini information room with old locomotives to walk around.
Terribly disappointed. The steam train was OOO. The stop at the stations far too short to get to and explore with elderly or young children.
Views were disappointing toi. Bluebell was much better.
