About Hot House Yoga St Andrews

Located in the seaside town of St. Andrews, the studio was founded Sarah in August 2015 after her return from Thailand when she took an intensive yoga teacher course. Hot House Yoga aims to be a warm and welcoming place to practice welcoming customers of all levels of abilities. Classes are being held in a spacious room with hardwood floors, equipped with full-wall mirrors to check the alignments.
