About Flash Climbing

Flash Climbing is a modern bouldering centre in Solihull offering rock climbing for everyone from beginners to seasoned climbers. Bouldering is free climbing without ropes up to a height of 4.2 metres above crash mats. As an accessible sport with a sociable and inclusive atmosphere, bouldering is a full-body workout that makes an interesting alternative to the gym. Flash Climbing is also home to its own yoga studio and offers a variety of fitness and aerial circus classes.
