Really disappointed with my recent appointment at Kink. I was phoned just a couple of hours before my appointment, to be told it would be cancelled. When I explained that I was going away and that was the only day I could do, I was asked to come in immediately and she would squeeze me in. I arrived at 9.10am, and the next customer was in at 9.30am, giving just 20 minutes for a wash, cut and blow dry. When you go to the hairdressers you expect to be pampered a little, and receive a nice relaxing experience. However this could not have been further from "a relaxing experience". The whole thing was totally rushed, and I felt that as a paying customer I'd been totally ripped off. The hairdresser was so preoccupied on dealing with 3 customers at once (9am, 9.30am and 10am), that she was unable to give full attention to any of us, and just left each of us for long periods of time whilst she dealt with another. At points during the haircut, whilst actually CUTTING my hair she wasn't even looking at me, as she was busy speaking to another customer. Nothing against the individual staff, I just think they need to work on quality not quantity of customers, as it's safe to say that I won't be returning or recommending.
