St Neot's Carnglaze Caverns provide family-friendly outdoor experiences all year round, with wedding receptions and birthday parties held in the underground caverns and lush gardens. Musical concerts are another highlight, as well as annual firework displays and bi-annual crystals and crafts shows.
Lovely place to visit! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, fascinating beautiful caverns and a great nature fairy walk around the grounds! Well worth going!
It was a very interesting place. Not only the heritage and natural interest of the caverns but the enchanted garden in beautiful. It's all presented in a very natural and easy way. We met the owner while we were there. A lovely lady with interesting stories. They also host weddings and concerts. We definitely will go again!!!
We had a great time at the caverns. The safety briefing was very clear and cool hard hats were provided!!!! The staff were lovely.
There are 2 main areas in the mine areas- which were big. There were information boards dotted around. The pools were gorgeous and the coloured rock faces were lovely.
We also did the woodland walk - (which was a little slippy in places boots would have been better than trainers) which went up around the top of the mine. It was very pretty- with fairys dotted around - and loads of bluebells. We were there for around 2 hours including the walk and a picnic!
Be aware- depending on the direction you get to the caverns from- there is a VERY sharp turn to get into them BUT there is a useful 'turning area' to pull into just past the turn so you can pull in, turn and then enter the caverns without the sharp turn!
Very good, not to long around, cut the cavern is amazing
My jaw dropped with amusement as I walked in!
Put something warm on very chi
Was disappointed, it only took five minutes to walk around. Not worth the hour and half from our hokiday lodge to make a day off it here. Lady on the desk was informative but would not revisit or recommend.
It was a great morning, the caves were great and the forest walk was fantastic
Very interesting visit - make sure you book a time slot first - we didn't but they were still really helpful and we managed to get in ok - well worth a visit
