A party of four of us had a wonderful spa day with treatments and the afternoon tea with Prosecco to celebrate one of my friends 70th birthday. we all enjoyed our treats. Towels were supplied and we took our own robes with us. Good swimming pool, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi ,all at perfect temperatures , which we had just about to ourselves. Lockers in the changing rooms could be better, difficult to find ones that work but that was our only criticism . Our afternoon tea was excellent and we had it as our lunch, they had also taken note that it was a birthday treat for one of us and had put a birthday banner across the table. We all had the aromatherapy massage which we all found excellent. Then we also stayed the night which added to our experience and enjoyed the spa once again in the morning before we had breakfast. All in all we had a very relaxing time and felt we had been away longer than the one night, perfect, we will definitely go again.

A hidden gem! A little out of the way but Hustyns is definitely worth discovering. The hotel was very quiet during our visit which meant we had exclusive service for our sparkling afternoon tea and spent a good few hours enjoying the lovely selection of sandwiches, scones and sweet treats washed down with prosecco, tea and coffee. Our beauty therapist Kerri gave us a fabulous aromatherapy massage and the relaxation room is an oasis of calm. The swimming pool is a good size as well as being a lovely temperature and we enjoyed time in the jacuzzi. Overall a super afternoon and I shall definitely revisit. With the Groupon discount a bonus what's not to like?

The place itself is nice. We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The pool area is nice, and there are some lovely grounds with beautiful walking areas. However, the customer service left something to be desired. Our dinner experience was not good, nor was our experience of reception. The night away was nice, but be prepared if you visit.
