Led by ethnobotanist and forager Marcus Harrison, Wild Food School introduces guests to a nature-friendly way of living. He runs foraging courses based around the ancient town of Lostwithiel, schooling students on how to find nutrients from the woods and fields around them. Marcus was brought up on a farm and has spent over 35 years investigating wild foods, and has given talks at the National History Museum and Eden Project. He’s also written wild-food cookbooks, and his research has been featured in a UN publication.
