Did not redeem this groupon but it was marked as redeemed on my account. I have contacted them multiple times to ask them to send me an email confirming that I did not redeem it so that I could claim a refund but I’ve just been ignored every time. Disappointed.

Absolutely Fantastical! Such hard working volunteers who put their all into caring for the animals and giving them the best they can. So lovely to see the bond between the volunteers and the animals. It's so refreshing to see how passionate everyone is on site. A hidden little gem. Our experience was 10/10. Bobbie the raccoon was gorgeous and funny and we were not rushed at all during our visit.

This experience is definitely worth the money! The owners are absolutely lovely and they do a wonderful job looking after all the animals and giving them a second chance of a great life. The kids loved Bobbie the raccoon and feeding the meerkats! This is a really great experience for all ages. By doing this you get a great 2 hours and your helping to fund the centre.

Fantastic time at S.C.A.R. Feeding the meerkats a highlight & meeting Bobby the raccoon who was highly entertaining & weighed an absolute ton-gorgeous though. Fed silver foxes who were absolutely beautiful. Linda who took us round was very knowledgable and all the staff very friendly. Welly boots & warm socks needed as ankle deep mud & numb toes by the end but so worth it. Thank you

One the greatest days out I have ever had. Three staff were all excellent and clearly passionate. Me and my girlfriend were speechless by the end of it couldn't recommend it more.

My partner and I would highly recommend this experience! Loved every second of it - very hands on and great getting up close with the animals. Definitely recommend wellies if it's been wet! Will be sure to spread the word about this fantastic place and this experience.

Loved it, great to see how wonderfully caring the people who work there are to the animals they bring in. Loved the cheeky meerkats. They do tell u to bring wellies- make sure u do!! We thought we’d get away with walking shoes- fortunately they kindly lent us wellies as there are parts that are ankle deep mud!

What a nice place to spend a couple of hours. The owner John and his family obviously care a great deal for the animals in their care. We were shown around, given lot of interesting information about the centre and could feed some of the animals in their enclosures which was great. Four of us went together and all of us really enjoyed the time we spent there.
