Had colour cut and condition my hair has been burnt leaving me no choice but to have cut elsewhere and the colour toned down as was left with bright yellow hair!

Wasn't happy with the end result of the colouring. Told them they should have used bleach on my roots...they didn't so it didn't work so had to do it again with bleach but not on long enough so not happy with my roots at all.
