Francesca was lovely , warm, welcoming and very professional. I did have an issue with my voucher not appearing for some reason , which I managed to resolved but she was very kind and understanding whilst I sorted it out . I had a wash cut and a blow dry after a hard day at work. She done a wonderful job with my hair from the wash with a lovely head massage , making me feel so relaxed to the finished product glossy healthy looking hair again . I’m so pleased with the cut and would definitely recommended her .
