First opened in Soho in 1926, Patisserie Valerie follows artisanal baking traditions brought to London by Belgian-born Madam Valerie, whose mission was to introduce continental patisserie to the English. Now boasting over 120 venues nationwide, the company adorns its cafes with a 1950s-inspired decor and serves up an array of freshly made cakes, craft pastries, breakfasts, lunches, coffees and loose-leaf teas. Their specialities include meticulously crafted croissants and viennoiseries, as well as homemade Italian-style gelato.
Great tea going there again
Afternoon tea is quite small portions but everything was lovely, tasty and fresh.
Swapped my tea for a cold drink easily.
Very professional and excellent service. Really enjoyed our brunch would highly recommend.
Very friendly, easy going staff and great food.
We had the all day brunch. It was very nice.good service as well.
The Swindon branch were unaware of the groupon I had purchased. Service was quite slow, seeing as there were not many customers. Food was ok but could have been hotter and hot drinks should be served at the same time as the food, as we had finished our drinks before the food arrived.
We went to the one in Swindon - very polite, friendly staff - the afternoon tea was lovely. My Aunt and I were very happy with everything. Thank you
Brilliant - very accommodating for allergy and dietary issues!!
