Impossible to book treatment still trying! Is it possible to get a refund. Very dissapointed as this was a birthday gift for my daughter.

Bought this spa experience for my wife. We both went along to it and it was great. We had two treatments each and got to use the swimming pool. The Sue and Amy were brilliant, very welcoming and pleasant and very professional. They gave good advice and at the end of the day my wife and I felt rejuvenated and totally pampered. Thanks again

Had a really amazing back, neck, shoulder massage followed by an aromatherapy massage. I was so relaxed and felt the benefits straight away. My therapist Sue was very helpful in helping me choose the right treatment combination for my needs. Sue made the whole session special and gave additional advice to follow afterwards to maximise the benefits of the massage. I can't wait to book my next session as they have some great value deals and experienced staff.

Dear Sir/Madam Myself and my friend attended an appointment at the diva salon within the park inn hotel yesterday, Wednesday 11th at 2pm for a 60 minute treatment booked through Groupon. Firstly we were slightly late for our appointment as the Groupon stated the salon was at the Ramada Foregate, the hotel opposite so we wasted time going to the wrong hotel and only due to a helpful member of staff there eventually realising it was indeed the Park Inn. Once we got to the salon we had our treatments which were adequate although rushed. Today, Thursday 12th I received a voicemail from the manager of the salon asking me to call him 'urgently'. I presumed it was to apologise for the wrong hotel information on the Groupon. On calling the manager back(on a mobile number?) I found myself being accused of opening cupboards in the treatment room as a sensor had gone off between 2-3pm which was our treatment time. When I asked why he was asking he informed me that items were missing and kept asking if I had opened a cupboard. Therefore he was accusing myself or my friend of stealing. I told him in no uncertain terms that he has no place accusing me. I am absolutely disgusted and outraged that he dare to call me and outright accuse me of theft with absolutely no proof whatsoever. His manner and tone were completely unproffesional, aggressive and accusatory. Not to mention, defamatory. Neither myself or my friend catergorically went anywhere near a cupboard or took one solitary item from that room. There were numerous bottles etc of lotions/oils all over the top of the cupboard so they were not securely being kept. If there are valuable items in the cupboards shouldn't they be locked...what good is a sensor? Also we didn't enter the treatment room until nearly 2.15 due to our lateness through no fault of our own, so anyone could of gone in as the door is not locked. Also when we were at the other hotel I tried to call the salon twice to find out where it was with no answer. Your website declared thatbyounpride yourself on excellent customer service...I today have experienced the worst customer service ever. I have spoken to the deputy manager of the hotel today who was more than helpful and understanding who will be passing on my complaint to the general manager who I have also emailed. I have also emailed the owner of the salon-Sue Purewell(if the email I have found online is correct). I will never use this salon again and have totally wasted my money buying the Groupon which was for my friends birthday. I am also considering legal action.
