Brilliant beautician with amazing products. Skin felt wonderful for days afterwards

All staff were very friendly and helpful. The cream tea and Prosecco was nice and tasty. The spa is small (as per another review) and consists of a hot tub and steam room and sauna and an outdoor pool if warm enough (not sure what other people are expecting for the price). It was all clean and the facilities were all working well. We were lucky and there were only three other people using it so was a nice relaxing morning at a bargain price.

The staff were all helpful and friendly the cream tea was very good and sat in the sun to eat it Katie was very professional and did a great facial and enjoyable relaxing massage . The spa was not so good great jacuzzi but sauna floor was soo hot I couldn't stay in after 30 seconds my feet were burning and feet red on soles so dangerous tbh the steam room wasnt working as it should a couple had been in and said this I didnt go in and no changing rooms lockers with keys not something I would use again the spa but I did have it to myself most of my time spent in there only using jacuzzi but that was great my groupon deal was worth every penny

The staff were warm and friendly. You have to walk around the hotel to the spa as it is in the garden next to the pool. The spa is small and overcrowded. They let too many people in at once. There were about 8 people in already when we arrived (really only enough room for 6 people).There are only 6 lockers and people had used the top of the lockers to put their clothes. There are two chairs and a small table, but these were also used to put clothes on. There is only one shower in the toilet. People were using the saunas and then going straight into the Hot Tub, without showering. The Hot Tub was warm, but not all the jets were working. There is no changing room, only the toilet and shower room. One lady had brought a book to read, as she thought there was a relaxation area. She ended up reading it in the Hot Tub. There is a treatment room also here, which ideally should be moved into the hotel to free up space for the spa experience. The saunas were excellent. Everything was clean apart from the floor as the entrance is right next to the Hot Tub and Saunas, so would recommend taking flip flops or some footwear to use. There needs to be a water station for hydration when using the saunas and another recommendation is a hairdryer and straighteners. Overall it okay for a small party. Check how many are booked in when you booking.

It was a shock as it was really a shed put up in the garden of the hotel. There was an outside pool but too cold to use. The changing room was tiny (1 person) consisting of shower, sink, toilet and chair. When changing the floor was wet. The steam room was too hot - noone could staying more than a couple of minutes. The cream tea was OK. The treatment was good and the member of staff was friendly. I tried to order a coffee by scanning a QR Code - but there was no internet so that was a waste of time. Will be cancelling second trip planned.

Appalling service, the staff changed the appointments several times. When I went once at the time given I was told I was too late. I had a look around the SPA facilities and hotel: they are kept in very unhygienic and unsafe conditions. I would definitely avoid.
