The only thing that marred the treatments was the testing of the fire alarm whilst trying to relax

Very nice lunch. Spa was good but steam room not working. The treatments were good value for money.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and accommodated our needs and wishes! We had a great massage by pengi and Stella and the food was great too! Throughly recommend it for a relaxing day out and would go again next time the offer is available

Treatments were excellent and pool and spa rooms nice and clean. Sauna was a bit grubby with some cob webs and steam room was out of order , though.

Understaffed, but the staff they do have were amazing - the treatments themselves were worth the money we laid however the pool area is small, tired, dirty and the jacuzzi has a very odd smell (almost like mushrooms) the changing rooms are also quite grotty with only a few lockers actually able to be locked, quite disappointed as we were planning to spend the day in the pool/jacuzzi/sauna but it was so dirty we didn't go in the pool! Plus side was lunch: this was great. If you can justify it it's worth it for just the treatments and lunch, but don't be under the illusion that the spa and pool area will be enjoyable and that you can make a day of it! The owners really need to plough some money in to make it feel less 'yuck'. As mentioned before, spa staff were amazing, but it is clearly under staffed and running to a budget which is a shame as it could be brilliant

It was ok the facilities were ok but there was a lot of children in the pool so unable to swim. The food was very nice. The Hotel itself needed a bit of un update and decorate.

Felt uncomfortable with the masseuse as was made to get naked while she was in the room and clamber up on the table (not very elegantly) with only my birthday suit on with her there. There was a slight language barrier which made understanding her awkward. Nice pool, jacuzzi and surroundings though.
