The manager was extremely rude, I’m guessing it was the manager as he seemed to be the one to (try) to control things. He was extremely rude when it came to deal with my daughter who had autism. She got scared after one lap round and decided to come down so my partner who was already down went to meet her when she came off. The manager was extremely dismissive of the fact she needed support and was not prepared to give support or even be respectful of this. I do have to say that the staff working there were supportive and very friendly and when chatting to them about the situation could not understand why their manager was so rude and disrespectful of the situation. It did not feel that anything was organised thoroughly, our time slot was 2 yet we didn’t even get called over to climb, we had to actually take the initiative to walk over to someone at 2.50. We did not get full explanations by the manager when we got there he just stared and gestured his hand which is just inexcusable. My partner needed to visit the toilet once the lower course was finished and he then refused to let her back on to finish the course which we paid for. Unfortunately due to this rude incompetent man we will certainly not be returning.

I brought the experience for my 11 year old son and he really enjoyed it. As a mum there could have been better signage to help find it and I took photos and videos where possible but it would have been good if there was a better photo opportunity or the ability to purchase photos and for the young ones maybe a certificate on completion to take into school, just a suggestion

Great experience. Really helpful instructors with slightly nervous 8 year old. Start was delayed by 30 mins which is only reason for not giving 5 stars

Kids had a great time, took an hour and a half by the time they'd had their goes on the high and low ropes so was a whole mornings activity.
