Not easy to book to redeem voucher . Tried phoning , no reply but I was asked to leave message and they would return call My calls were not returned so I called into the centre to make my booking When we arrived on the date booked there was no record of my booking This was very awkward for the staff on duty They had no choice but to ask us to return in an hour when they would then have a free slot Our team of four enjoyed the axe experience .The staff were very friendly and helpful But I wouldn’t book again due to my recent experience
