The afternoon tea was nice but the swimming pool and sauna wasn't clean .. wouldn't be going back

The sandwiches were quite dried out and the cakes were of a very low standard, they tasted like they had just been defrosted from a value bag and didn't seem fresh or tasty at all

Lovely setting. Afternoon tea was nice although I'm not a fan of cheesecake and there was lots of it. Sandwiches were nice and generous.

The afternoon tea was lovely as is the hotel itself. We felt overall the offer was value for money. However, the spa just consists of a swimming pool and small sauna and on the day we went there was no hot water for the showers. We were not informed about this.

Don't expect a spa. There is a small pool and a sauna which would be cramped with more than two people in it. The staff were friendly and the afternoon tea was ok, if I had paid more than £12.50 each I would have been very disappointed.

The pool and surrounding area was too cold for us to enjoy, no jacuzzi to warm up in either. Afternoon tea was fair, good sandwiches but dry scones and a pastry cases with plain piped cream-no flavour!

Brought for birthday treat for my son and fiancé, they really liked the sparkling afternoon tea, they found it very relaxing and the ambience was lovely.

Afternoon tea was very nice however pool area / changing rooms looked shabby. Both my husband and l have come out in a rash and after visiting GP have been told it is possibly a water Bourne infection, only place we have been in water is Llyndir Hall . Both on penicillin also as my husband works in a hospital he was signed off work for 7 days . Spoke to Steven leisure manager at Llyndir he promised to check pool readings for Friday 7th October but to date has not bothered to ring me back. The rash appeared after I sent original feedback. Won't be going in pool again

Feel it needs a good decoration. We felt our afternoon tea was different to the others because we had a voucher.
