- Grapes from the hilly areas of the Emilia region in particular in the provinces of Modena, Ravenna and Bologna
- Intense and brilliant straw yellow with greenish reflections
- Fine and persistent perlage
- Smell: delicate, fresh, slightly acidic and citrusy bouquet, with fruity notes of pear and peach and floral hints of lime
- Taste: light and delicate, with a pleasant softness on the palate; citrus notes, hints of pear and peach and a slightly herbaceous finish
