With his experience running the Michelin-starred kitchen at The Harwood Arms, James opened 12:51 in Islington in 2018. That same year, he won BBC’s Great British Menu, a title he reclaimed in 2020. James’s talents have earned him the Eater London Chef of The Year award, and he continues to push boundaries with his gourmet fried chicken venture, Around the Cluck.
