Typical dishes on offer could include marinated sea bass with avocado and ponzu dressing or chilled fennel gazpacho to start. Main course options include the likes of pan-fried sea bream with baby gem lettuce, salmon crushed potatoes and crème fraiche, or beef bourguignon with shallot mash.
