The Deal
Fitness fans can get their workout fix with a selection of ten guest passes allowing access to gear ranging from kettlebells and weights to cross trainers, treadmills, a boxing bag and an indoor climbing wall. Alternatively, participants can opt for a Shape Up package, which includes a personal training session and gym programme, and six weeks’ access to the Activzone gym and classes. The package also includes six weekly body composition tests, as well as one for a friend and ongoing support and advice from the Activzone team.

Guildford’s Activzone Gym takes fitness seriously with a comprehensive range of cardio and weights equipment, as well as a busy class schedule. Those after a bit of instruction and group motivation can attend the likes of Pilates, Zumba and martial arts conditioning. There are also personal trainers on hand for more one-on-one attention, as well as post-natal classes for new mums and their babies.
