A guy whom I was dealing the most is arrogant, rude and acts like he hates working with people. From the onset he made me feel like I owe him something and I felt very uncomfortable. I thought the whole idea of these vouchers was to gain new costumers, isn't it? Forget about it. I won't be returning! They fixed the lights but forgot to put a cup on the back of light, I arrived home and found it under the bonnet. So much for a good workmanship...:( I must say a lady at the reception was kind, I feel sorry for her working for that arrogant man.

Having meant to have this job done before Christmas, i was delighted to come across this deal. Car booked in at 9.00am this morning, however was able to drop off @ 8.30am. Spoke to (I presume) owner/boss who told me would be a couple of hours, however got a call stating was ready at 2.00pm (fine with me as I work local). Car had oil/filter change along with comprehensive check, which has come back with a few advisories (nothing major) of which I am extremely grateful. I would recommend this Garage as I believe that the work they did for me has been carried out to a good standard, and their attention to detail regarding advisories etc. are A1.
