Ilsa is a really lovely lady and the salon is amazing, cleanly. She really takes care of your skins needs and asks a lot of questions. She went beyond and sends a follow up text/call after treatment to check how your skin is doing. She is a great listener and heard all my concerns. She is reassuring which is a great help. She puts her clients needs first which is appreciated. She has great knowledge on skin issues and cares for her clients.
