Altitude 360 London Sky Bar Restaurant in the Millbank Tower looks out over the city from its vantage points on both the 28th and 29th floor. Designed by a chef who trained at the Fat Duck, the menu aims to remain creative and contemporary while embracing traditional principles of British cuisine. The interior is minimal with clean lines and low lighting to emphasise the view, while the casual Skyloft lounge features cosy sofas and exposed brickwork, just like a Brooklyn loft with a London view would do.
